Terms of Use

Effective 30 October 2026 · Applies to the mobile apps published by Baruch Labs

By downloading or using one of our apps you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

Our apps provide the features described on their App Store listings. Some features are free and some require a paid subscription or purchase. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we may apply fair-use limits to keep the service available for everyone.

Subscriptions and payments

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription, and it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Prices may change; where required, you will be notified and given the chance to cancel.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Your content

• You keep the rights to the content you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use it, including permission from anyone who appears in it.
• You allow us to process your content only to provide the app’s features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Results generated by an app are provided for your personal use. Automated or AI-generated results may be inaccurate or resemble existing work, so review them before relying on or publishing them.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the apps to create, upload or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes anyone’s rights or privacy. Don’t attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the apps or our servers, or use them to build a competing service. We may limit or suspend access if these terms are broken.

Intellectual property

The apps, including their software, design and branding, belong to Baruch Labs and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps on devices you own or control, for personal use, subject to these terms and the App Store rules.

Disclaimers

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in the apps is professional medical, legal, financial or other expert advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Baruch Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Termination

You can stop using the apps at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue an app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use of an app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Baruch Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
